Idk why I couldn’t sleep last night after having only 2 hours of sleep the night before, but I only felt like I slipped into “light sleep” a few times and then would wake up immediately and then be laying there conscious for another hour until I got a second of actual sleep again. Wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t get any REM sleep last night. I feel like ⚰️🪦. ## What’s wrong with me? 🙃
