Mmmmm I think it’s time for my power nap.🌙 I’m still trying out the Polyphasic sleep schedule thing, but not gunna lie… I slept a full 8 hours a few times when I was staying with my “boo thing”.. Other than that - I feel like my body and brain actually prefer two 3-4 hours naps in a 24hr period.. I adjusted so fast into it, experienced less insomnia.. and I’ve felt more rested. The only downside is the snuggling part. 🥲💕
