You are not entitled to a free video. There is now a new rule that you must let me know within 5 days of your subscription renewing to claim your video. I will not be allowing people to claim a free video 1-4 weeks after their subscription renewed. You can also not claim previous months' renewals for free videos. Also, if you never tip or even interact until you want to claim a free video, you might just have to wait another month. The very, very least you can do after receiving a free video is say "thank you!" or send me a review. This isn't about just one person. Please just be polite and thoughtful and not rude <3
