Today I love to sing with my guitar and share my gifts with friends and at open mic nights. 🎤 Singing in the shower is so therapeutic for me - it’s one of my most treasured tools for emotional alchemy and soul expression. ✨ When I’m singing, I feel the most alive, the most ME. ⚡️⚡️Here’s something I’ve learned when it comes to authentic expression: You won’t experience 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 by following a formula babe You won’t find it in a rigid system or structure NO! Aliveness + authenticity are not the products of squeezing yourself into a box ⚡️ Mind-blowing aliveness is the result of FEELING And being YOU. It’s the outcome of unleashing your wild. The primal, sensual part of you Who knows how to love Who knows how to feel Who knows how to sing, cry, laugh, moan, and roar Life is always showing us how to trust the ancient primal codes that are infused into our bones. YOU are the way. You 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 have been. You 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 will 𝗯𝗲. Even when your mind doesn’t get it or is trying to figure it out constantly Love that part of you. 𝗠𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂: Let go of the formula. Release the step by step I have learned this lesson so many times, and I’m still integrating it and practicing it. It’s a 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 everyday to let the body lead. It’s not so much about what we do but 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 when we do it Trust yourself Trust that your body knows how to feel ectatically alive 😉𝘏𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘵: All you need to do is show up to life and be yourself What a relief.
