She has had some anti sickness medication and lots of cuddles, the vet thinks the most likely thing is that it was heat stroke. I cancelled my shift and stayed home to keep an eye on her and she seems to be getting a bit better and hasnt been sick since the vet visit. Thank you all again for your messages and comments.
