Tip: Elevating the heels đ allows for the knees to pass the toes to a greater extent đđœ 2. Weighted Sumo Squats: I used a 25lb weight & added in an extra movement đđŒââïž đđœ 3. Squat Rack: đđŒââïž I started at 50lbs, then 60lbs, and ended at 75lbs! I added 2.5lb plates to elevate my knees again! đ
