I had an event in London today and I’m back at my hotel shattered but I want to say thank you so much for those who reached out with help and advice and those who reported and got things taken down. This year has been crazy in terms of my weight gain - I’m not even trying at this point but when I’m visiting the US I keep gaining 10-20lbs and not noticing until I can’t button my pants or my bra strap is too tight. It’s so uncontrollable at this point but I’m enjoying indulging and just eating whatever I want. I’ve had a few run ins with chairs with arms this trip too and I still haven’t realised how big I’ve really gotten because I’ll try and sit in them and embarrass myself infront of people. It’s low key hot tho 😮💨
