Day 2: What I need in a day
Breakfast: Green Smoothie
2 cups spinach
2 cups almond milk
1 cup mango
1 cup pineapple
2 bananas
**Use at least one frozen fruit to chill your smoothie. I often use frozen mangos and/or bananas.
Lunch: Avocado Salmon Toast with a side Salad
1 slice sourdough bread.
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of goat cheese
1/2 medium avocado
1 teaspoon capers
3 pieces thinly sliced smoked salmon
Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste & Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Dinner: Medium Rare Streak with Italian Salad & Crispy Potatoes
Sirloin Streak
BBQ Grill Potatoes with onions and mushrooms
Mix Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

- 5 Minutes of jump rope
Workout: 45s of each Exercise with 50 Meter Run in between.
- Exercise 1: In & out Squat jumps (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 2: V-Sits (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 3: Plank walks with push up (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 4: Side lunges (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 5: Mountain climbers (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 6: Russian Twist with Straight Legs (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 7: Burpee‘s (45s)
- Run 50 Meters

- Exercise 8: Superman Raises (45s)
- Run 50 Meters
- Exercise 9: Tuck in & out (45s)
- Run 50 Meters

OFFSEASON WORKOUT #1
You can do this workout in a cheap gym or even a hotel gym.
Warm up:
- 5 Minutes Bike (or any cardio machine)
Workout
Cardio:
- Treadmill: 30s Walk 30s Run for 20 minutes
General strength:
30s on 30s off X 4 around (Light Weight)
- Exercise 1: 10 Fast Rope with Squat Jump
- Exercise 2: Dumbbell Box squat to Forward lunge
- Exercise 3: Kettlebell Swings
- Exercise 4: Dumbbell RDLs
- Exercise 5: Exercise Ball Hip Raises Holding a Dumbbell
- Exercise 6: Alternating Knee & Leg Raises
- Exercise 7: Back Raises with Twist
- Exercise 8: Exercise Ball Tuck & Pike Ball Rolls
- Exercise 9: TRX Shoulder Raises
5 minute Rest. Repeat x 4
